bipa4 collects personal identification data (full name, date of birth, national ID), contact details (email, phone number), financial data (bank account and e-wallet details for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and LinkAja), and technical session data. We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform and comply with our licensing obligations.
All data transmitted between your device and bipa4's servers is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption. Stored data is held in encrypted form on access-controlled infrastructure. Our systems undergo regular independent security audits. Employee access to member data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and is subject to confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to access, rectify, and — subject to regulatory retention requirements — request erasure of your personal data. You may also request data portability, restrict processing, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Requests are handled within 30 calendar days. bipa4 uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in, functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. bipa4 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party marketers under any circumstances. Limited data sharing occurs only with licensed game studio partners (such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming), payment processors, and KYC verification providers — all of whom are contractually bound to handle data exclusively for the stated purpose and to the same security standard.
bipa4 retains account and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by our international gaming license. KYC documents are retained for the same period. Analytics and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
